Time to get started! Please take care of these final details:
The practice schedule is posted under Schedules on this website. All players should expect to hear from their coaches the week of February 11. Please note that all players should have their memberships upgraded to a full membership. If your name still appears on the list of players that need to have their membership upgraded and you have already upgraded, please email or text a copy of your membership card to Coach Smith at email@example.com or 740-703-5434. Also, all fees should be paid at this time. Please forward your payments to Coach Smith by mail (49 Jessica Drive, Frankfort, OH 45628). Please do not leave payments with your coach giving them the burden of getting your payment to Coach Smith. Lastly, if you have not taken care of sending your Lindsay's Law form to Coach Smith, please plan to give it to your Coach at your first practice. Also, please be advised that if your membership is not upgraded by your first practice, you will not be permitted to participate in practice; if your fees are not paid in full by your first practice, you will not receive your gear. Feel free to contact Coach Smith to check your status on membership upgrade and fees. Your cooperation is appreciated.
The following players need to update their membership ASAP:
Kyra Stulley, Alexis Smith, Mia Crum, Lexie Lockwood, Ava Little, Ky Elsea, Olivia Smith, Carissa Wheeler, Laynee HIll, Allison Bennett, Holly Sexton, Alli Nungester, Jessica Bolte
Club Payments and Membership Upgrade Announcement
Club fees should be paid in FULL at this time. Players will not receive their equipment until payment is made in full. Players that do not have their membership updated will not be permitted to practice; it's a liability issue. If your membership is not up to date, you're not covered under the Ohio Valley Region insurance policy. Thanks for your attention to these matters.
Update Your USA-VB Membership
All players must upgrade their USA-VB membership from try out to a full membership NOW. To upgrade your membership, log into your Webpoint account via the OVR website. Be sure to choose SOVC as your club affiliation. Please be cautious when selecting your club. SOVC is listed as Southern Ohio VB Club on the Webpoint drop down menu. There is a club that goes by Southeastern Ohio Volleyball Club, THAT's NOT SOVC. There's a not so fun process to get that corrected, so please pay close attention when selecting your club to avoid an issue.
